My role isn't to "sell" you a home; my job is to provide advice, expertise, and counseling to assist you in your decision. This includes the following:

  • Explain all terms and forms
  • Promote and protect your interests
  • Negotiate the price and terms for you
  • Maintain a schedule for contingency deadlines
  • Take you from search to settlement on your new home
